I have a 12 sqm room available for sublease to you who might study a semester, work here or just need a nice place to stay from August 1st. Besides your room you’ll have access to the rest of the apartment with a spacious living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace and a bed loft. The apartment is the first floor of a house and it is 102 sqm in total. From the terrace you can see the Aarhus bay. The apartment is bright with wooden beams and floors, and it has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

About the area:
Lisbjerg is a growing district with several tramway stops, and it has nice association activities with e.g. a runner’s club, yoga and sometimes even a Friday bar. It takes 10 minutes on bike to IKEA/Skejby and the lake Egå Engsø and it also have a forest nearby with lots of hiking trails. You will live close to both nature and with Aarhus close by too.

About Simone:
You’ll be living with me, Simone. I’m a 33-year-old bording schoolteacher (efterskolelærer), who loves to cook veggie food (check out my Instagram monnesmadblog), bake and grow my plants. I hike a lot, I rollerblade, bike and run a lot in the nature, but I also have a weakness for sweets, winter swimming, wine and good company. To me it’s very important to find a roommate who like myself appreciates a calm, clean and cozy home where there’s room for you being you and me being me.

The practical stuff:
You can move in the 1st of August 2020, and in your room, you will find a big, built-in closet, a single bed, a small table and a chair you can borrow from me if you want. The sublease terminates at 1st of February 2021, but there might be a possibility of an extension. The rent is 5000 kr./month and include heating, water, electricity and internet. The deposit is 5000 kr. and you need to pay two months’ rent in advance (10.000 kr.).
