The room is furnished with a bed, table, wardrobe, refrigiator, cooker, microwave and bookshelves. The room is inside lessor's apartment, but has a separat entrance and toilet. Well-functioning shower and washing facilities are located in the basement, and are shared with the neighbours. Very central location and a big, green garden. Heating, electricity and internet is included in the rent. It wlll be possible to registre your official address.

The decor in these pictures (mirrors, pictures, rugs etc.) dos NOT come with the room, but belongs to my current tenant! :-)

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Couples who apply will not be taken into consideration.
